  Paolo was exceptionally personable and fun. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very large and had a great jetted shower. Breakfast was nice and the rest of the staff were accommodating. Internet always worked perfectly. Great location just nex to Porta Nuova train station.   What a beautiful, clean, large, comfortable apartment! There is even real art hanging in the apartment. The bathroom was huge, with washer right there. Full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a machine right on the corner wh - This is the best place we have ever stayed in. Sara is very helpful, kind and available for everything. It was a great place. I also have a suggestion. The place is a residence. But for short time guests like us, the residence could provide/sell small size olive oil, butter, dish soap, salt etc.
