  We booked this b@b near the airport of Palermo because we had a late arrival on saterday evening and didn't want to drive that far for a hotel. Finding the hotel with our Garmin routeplanner and parking our rented car in front of the hotel no problem. We had a very kind and attentive welcome from the owner, who hardly speaks English. Goo - We actually had an apartment at this B&B . The bedroom had a double bed and bunk beds, there was a fully equipped kitchen with table chairs and a sofa , all suitable for a family of four. The staff were very helpful and gave us an early breakfast before our early fight from the airport, which is only about 20 minutes away. The beach area was lovely , clean and safe.

  The staff was very helpful for us who didn't speak Italian! Our room was comfortable & remarkably cool even though the outside temp was over 90*. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, small but adequate kitchen, sofa & dining table. Great location near the piazza, beach & shopping. No car is needed! Clean and fresh rooms and the breakfast is served in a near by cafeteria, where you can choose from large selection of italian delicacies. The very best thing about the place is the staff. The owner is the most helpful man I have ever met in my travels. The owner of the place picked us up from the airport at a very late hour (and the price was really moderate!) and then in the morning insisted on driving us to the station for free! It was really nice. So if you arrive late at night at the Palermo airport you rather want to sleep somewhere near then search for your hotel in Palermo - it looks quiet dangerous in the night!
