  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... ce que les gens disent » n. The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

  Mario was very helpful and a great host. When we arrived we were worried about parking as we didn't want to pay over €15 per day. He jumped in the car when we arrived and helped us find a parking space nearby. It cost €8-9 pd, just put in coins until the next day appears as it gives a discount rate of if you spend over €4. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated.
