  This hotel seemed practically brand new so was very clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and plenty of water, coffee, tea, milk croissants, biscuits and jam provided free of charge, which was a god send after a busy day of sight seeing. The hotel was just a short walk from the coliseum tube station and situated in a beautiful old building shared by other hotels. The views were am - Look no further than the Colosseoin. It is in a fantastic location with a view from the window onto the main street where there is always something happening. Shut the windows and there is absolute quiet for sleeping. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a very large supermarket only 5 minutes walk up the street.The terrace has views of the Colosseum and its fantastic just to sit there and soak in the view.   Inn Urbe is a great place to stay. It's clean, contemporary and comfortable. Great consideration has gone into the design of the B&B and it has everything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the B&B is a real plus. There are some lovely little streets nearby with nice vibe, trendy shops and small good value restaurants. (All near Via Urbano) I - We enjoyed everything about our stay. The whole place was impeccably clean. At the last minute I made arrangements to pick my husband and I up, Barbara answered promptly and we had no problems. Also, very recently there was a transportation strike on the day we were leaving, and Sandra went above and beyond to help us. She even emailed to ensure we made it to our next destination safely. Zero complaints, they were wonderful. The location is right around the corner from everything!

The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome.   The room was perfect. Modern, comfortable like our own mini apartment in Rome. Vey clean. The bed was excellent. Theres no noise what so ever and where the hotel location is execelent. I was really pleased with everything. I highly recomend this hotel. - Staff was very kindly, location was excellent and room was very comfortable
