It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

  Nice hotel it feels like home as it has only three rooms!! The hotel is inside a block of appartments so you feel like staying in a typical roman house.Every day you have cleaned room towels and there is also a free tray filled up with coffee tea and sweets.breakfast was good also!!! The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms were comfortable and cool which was much appreciated in the summer heat.   Nous sommes venus en groupe d'amis et nous avons bcp apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, l'authenticité de l'hôtel, très familial et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un prix très abordable. La situation près de la gare de Termini est également à recommander : assez près pr se rendre au centre historique à pied + accès aux 2 métros de Rome. Br... ce que les gens disent » ef, une adresse à retenir!! - Proche de la Gare Termini et des transports en commun (bus et métro). Tranquilité du quartier. Pour notre séjour de 5 jours, nous avons eu la chance de profiter d'une chambre à 130euros pour le prix de celle que nous avions réservée à 65 euros ! Très propre et récemment rénové. Personnel accueillant et compétant. Accès internet gratuit.
