  This apt. was in the perfect spot to walk to all the things we wanted to see. The apt. was a perfect place to go after a long day of sightseeing, it was comfortable- beds were great, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (wish they ha a hot water kettle for tea though...). Our apt was located in Rue Mannatteo No. 23 - it was like a bedsit with all the facilities one would need - on the ground floor - quiet at night despite being located in a busy area.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving. Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

The location is very convenient--right next to a tram stop leading to the center of Rome, and a short walk from the train to the airport. - We loved the apartment & Sara & Rosie were friendly & helpful.
