  The location of DAB B&B is very good as its not far from Rome Termini station. The owner is a very friendly man who would like to help by all means. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. He took us by taxi down to another property which was bigger, better location but just needed finishing touches to renovations. I loved the location much better and our host was most gracious - he is so nice.

She went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant including arranging airport transfers and help with museum reservations. The

  I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable.   As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

  Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk.
