  The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. We got city map, explanation, every useful information. The room was always clean. The kitchen was with full of equipment for a home made meal. The room looks like on the pictures. - Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

  the location was fabulous and we felt very safe there. We were in walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and also close to transport. Plenty of cafes right on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this Inn and this area. - Only three rooms but very nice and confortable in the middle of the old city!

  The hotel was conveniently located between the Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican (a 10 minute walk to both) and from the Piazza you can continue through to the shopping areas and Spanish steps. Very friendly and helpful staff. In-room safes and reasonably-priced mini-bar. Reasonably good breakfast selection. Clean and well-tended rooms.

  First of all, I'd like to thank the owner, Alice King, for going out of her way on several occasions, first, to check us in late at night (at very short notice) when we could not get an earlier train from Foggia. Then she accommodated our request to have our breakfast given to us before 8:30AM since we'd like to get out much earlier. Alice, the owner, goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home. She even helped us when we had a medical emergency and even offered to drive us to the emergency room (which we luckily didn't have to). There are drinks (water, juice, ice tea) in the refrigerator, coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as fresh fruit in the room every day. Breakfast is toast, cereal and croissants.
