Accommodation was basic, but clean, in very convenient location and a budget price. Exactly as advertised.

WiFi was very slow in evenings most likely due to load on system.

Close to coloseum, clean and comfortable

Seeing another couple's bill ans realizing they pay €65 / night... And we paid €105 / night. Also the fact fact we couldnt pay cash and on top of that, they tried to charge us another €105... When i book with letsbookhotel.com, i made the search for 2 person and once i book, the reservation was mentioning 1 person max.

This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Great location if you want to be in that part of town (which we did).

The staff is barely there, so make sure you email them before your arrival to notify them of when you'll arrive. We were there for 3 nights and only saw staff twice (check in and for an hour or two the next day). There are contact numbers provided in your room if you really need something.

You can't beat the location. When you look down the street, you see the Coliseum. We were able to walk everywhere in Rome. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had no complaints.

Nice spacious room, with good facilities. Very close to the historic center. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was very nice and clean. In a great area to walk around, near the colosseum. Very easy to find. Staff helpful, not there all the time, but it was fine, I did not have any problems. I would stay there again and longer. I was there only 2 nights

I can't think of anything...some people may not like the fact that the breakfast is at a cafe/pub around the corner. I thought it was nice. I like to meet locals.

It was clean & simple.

I didnt like rooms in the basement, specially when you have no idea about it. Both hotel and letsbookhotel.com company should inform Clients when booking, that this certain room is in the basement. Usually you do not expect rooms from which you cannot see if there is sun or clouds outside. More info about the location is better. Then I could decide whether I like sleeping in the basement or not!

Great location, but the set-up is a bit awkward since the rooms are scattered along the street and there is very little access to the staff if something is needed.

The location was amazing, with direct access to the forum area of rome in less than 5 mins. Its only a couple hundred meters from the Colosseum and the metro in the area. The one staff member that spoke english was very friendly. The free WIFI worked just fine.

We were given a new room in the basement. Saying it was "spartan", doesnt fit as we were in Rome, but the same idea fits. The room was bare, the bed was ok, and there still was dry wall dust in the corners. The good thing is that we were so tired from walking around Rome, it didnt bother us to well.

New rooms are underground, too humid and muggy. Their renovating so the bathroom door was nos installed but will be soon.

They accept to change for another best room next day, but without wardrobe.

Nobody was here when we arrive, we wait at door half an hour, pour room with broken wardrobe, without shelves, we ask to change, very noisy, they change us for a better room, without wardrobe. Breakfeast was outside in a little bar, in a poor place. It was not adapted to the price we have paid. It was a gift for the 65 years of my husband, it was a deception. Their machine for visa card doesnt function, we had to pay in money. Tell me if there is something to do.. .
