Staff are very nice and helpful, we can book for the parking inside the building and the location is an excellent.
Just only we got cancel for the second night, at least the hotel should kindly call us to confirm cancellation before that.
We stayed in a double room for 7 nights and thought it was great for budget accommodation! - 24 hour front desk staff were always friendly and available to answer any questions - room was cleaned daily during our stay, a comfortable size with cupboards and drawers to unpack clothes/store backpacks, double glazed windows, we expected the small ensuite bathroom but it was no problem for us - fantastic location, even though metro was close we walked all over rome! less than 10mins walk to colosseum, 20-40mins easy walk to any famous fountain, piazza, museum, parks etc while passing countless cafes, churches, shops and historical sites/buildings along the way, €10 taxi also got us back to the hotel from most parts of city fringe - we felt completely safe in this neighbourhood, the building also has a security front door to buzz for entry - consistently strong wifi access in our room, we were happy to pay €5 a day for such a reliable service (compared to other hotels we stayed in offering free wifi that didn't work!) - we would also recommend Trattoria Morgana at Via Mecenate 21 and Pizzeria La Cuccuma at Via Merulana 221, we loved their food!
No complaints at all from us, only a suggestion for the owners... A fresh coat of paint would really update the rooms, hallway and reception area :)
The location was great near the train station in a nice neighborhood. The staff is really helpful and gives great recommendations. I will definetely stay there again!

The location was good, it was a short walk to the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very small and not too comfortable. The "mini-bar" only had water and coca-cola. It would have been nice to have other beverages as well. The walls and ceiling had some cracks. The bathroom was also quite small and there was no blow-dryer. Although there was hand soap provided for use in the dispenser, there was not any body soap or shampoo. The staff needed to be reminded to replace our bath towels on two occasions.

Not worth it at all!! Small room with old furniture, and it did not smell good. No amenities in the bathroom. The staff does not speak english. There are a lot of better places to stay in the same region. NOT RECOMENDED.
Staff was helpful and good. Location is conveinient
room is like jail. When taking a shower the water flow in to the room. No soap, shampoo and etc. No breakfast.not worth the price at all. Dissapointing place and I will not think of this place again.
