Nice hotel located central to rome sights. Good breakfast provided by local restaurant. Large room, clean with good facilities. Excellent staff, very helpfull with good english.

Room was very hot and required a.conditioner on at night. Hotel not easily located, taxi driver stopped at what looked like laneway. Reception located on 1st floor. Bed also fell to the middle when sleeping.

-loved the cute, spacious room (by European standards) and tall ceilings. It had a great location--2 blocks from the Pantheon so it was easy to walk everywhere. Staff is incredible. The breakfast (served next door) is great for being in Europe. First cappuccino is free. Warm croissants are amazing.

-can be a little loud with the jazz club at the end of the street, but it didn't keep us awake. We rather liked the atmosphere but for some who are light sleepers it may be a bit much.

Fabulous location couldnt be more central. very chic and designer bedrooms beds comfortable . helpful friendly staff. Lovely breakfast included in price in lovely restaurant next door.

wifi was rubbish . gave 3 bars on log in but could't download anything . Smelly plumbing on occasions

Our room was very large for European standards and nicely appointed. Perfect for travelling with our 2 late teen daughters. Breakfast included at the hotel restaurant was a bonus. Location was wonderful, colosseum 10 min walk south, Spanish Steps 20 min walk north. Great restaurants and gelato 2 minutes every direction!

Within walking distance of all historic central Rome attractions. Pleasant, helpful staff. Breakfast in next door restaurant was good quality. Plentiful hot water in bathroom, comfortable mattress in bedroom (which was unusually quiet and peaceful for a central hotel). Wi-Fi signal was good.

The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

The rooms were clean, spacious for Rome standards.The recepotion staff were very helpful. the bathrooms were well appointed.

The entrance to the Hotel was poor and needed some attention. pain ont eh corridors and doors to the rooms looked old and grubby. There was aplumbing issue on the last two days and the corridors and entrance were flooded with foul smelling water.

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service.

The location is excellent and convenient to all major attractions in Rome. Great bathroom. The breakfast offered at La Chiambella was always delicious and in lovely setting.

The bedding was a disappointment. Room was dark and a bad smell was coming from the refrigerator cabinet area. Never saw the roof garden...they didn't tell us about it.

Central City Roma location, 1 block from Pantheon. Near many, many restaurants, bus stops & taxi stands. Large, AC room w/ large bathroom & large shower. Bed & bath linens high quality. Extremely knowledgable & helpful staff. Breakfast was varied, fresh & plentiful.

Breakfast was served in the adjoining restaurant. Inconvenient to eat & return to your room & then set out for your day...wasted time.

Dont bother with the two restaurants on each end of the street. Have dinner at cucina ciambella (same place you have breakfast) wonderful wine list reasonably priced and good food. The staff speak a multitude of languages. Wonderful

The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a little problem with our room, and the concierge gave us no hassles and moved us to another room. I forgot my pajamas, they saved them and have them all wrapped up in a bag when I came to pick them up. They were also helpful with printing out my museum reservations. Oh, the location is closed to all the major sites and good restaurants.

The room was a bit small, and the breakfast was mostly pastry and cereal, or cold ham and cheese. We missed our bacon, eggs, hash brown, pancakes type of breakfast. (Very bad for you food, but we still missed them)

The location was very nice. The room was fine, although the pillows were the worst we've ever slept on. Our stay was nice and the location was close to Pantheon and within walking distance of most major sights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street. They had a nice breakfast with some fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and pastries. We might stay there again.

Our initial room had a large gap in the door, so we asked to be moved, which was readily accommodated. Some noise from neighboring rooms -- thin walls. We could hear people conversing in the next room. The pillows were so hard and flat that it actually affected our sleep, despite being thoroughly exhausted from touring.

Room lacked a proper wardrobe to store clothes, it also lacked a work table, there was no place to put anything, we lived out of suitcases on the floor

Excellent location right in the middle of historic Rome, walking distance to all main sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok, very basic but comfortable and clean. Very convenient for a couple of days to explore the city.
