real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where

Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great.

What a beautiful setting and a wonderful place to stay for a few days. The grounds and building are impeccably kept, the rooms very comfortable, and modern, yet homey. The family could not have been more friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious. Even the country location was surprisingly close to autostrade accesses and train stations. The value for the price, here, is off the charts. I have never been to a lodging, before, where the best reviews were not an exaggeration.

I didn't realize it was a bed and breakfast. This was my first experience and it was great. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating. There was an error in my reservation and they recognized it and fixed it right away. They went out of the way to make my family and I feel comfortable. I stayed at Residence Blue Lake in August 2013 and cannot recommend it highly enough. Andrea was friendly and gave us tips on things to do. He even sourced a more powerful hair dryer for us! The apartment was a nice size, very clean and with everything you might need. The building is a 5 minute walk to the lake, restaurants and shops in Bardolino.

Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

The staff at Ca'San Giorgio was very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There is free tea, coffee, and cookies 24h in the lobby and the free breakfast is perfect. The hotel has every amenity you could possibly want. The location is great - not very close to the attractions but less than a 15 minute walk to any of the major landmarks.
