The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff was *exceptionally* friendly and helpful, especially the woman who wrote out a train schedule for us by hand, when it wouldn't print. Great location if you're stopping in Nove for pottery shopping. The pizzeria next door was good and very reasonably-priced, too.

As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours

I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

we were there for 1 night only after a tour in Slovenia and before noon flight back home. it was a great choice! we were with a car so during the evening we went to Verona old city, 15-20 min. away so we enjoyed the city and the fact that we were close to the airport -

Beautiful accommodation beside the marina. Clean with excellent facilities in the apartment. Alessandro was brilliant full of great advice and recommendations for local restaurants. He also loaned us two bikes. Would we stay there again - in a heart beat! -
