  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach. Notre chambre donnant à l'arrière était très calme malgré un quartier bruyant. La sécurité-feu était impressionnante: porte coupe feu, extincteur.

But staff in the morning was very considerate and apologized for the mistake and reduced the room tariff due to mistake on their part. - Large, clean room with shower and sink. Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

  It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. The rooms are furnished with Ikea type furniture - sort of stark. We had windows that opened. We didn't need heating or cooling when we were there. Staff made reservations for us one night at a local place of sinful gluttony called Il Latini - We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! I would defintely recommend this hotel for anyone. Can´t wait to
