  Calme - Staff handled our special requests very well. They organized us a gluteen free dinner with a local restraurant, and from next morning we found gluteen free bread on the table (without asking for it). We felt they do care us very much.   We stayed only for a night but we will always remember this and surely will be back for a longer stay. The owner Marco made us feels like we are in home. He had made a reservation in the nearby osteria Orciaia for us and I must admit the food was really fantastic as well as the service!!   The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered.   The staff at the hotel was terrific. I made 2 new friends, Riccardo and Denisa. They went and beyond to help me with my questions re. FLORENCE, bus routes, places to eat, booking tickets to train etc. The location is terrific and the bus stop is right across.
