  This is not really a hotel but an apartment that has been converted into bedrooms, some with en suite showers. We lucked out by having the one room with air-conditioning, an unexpected bonus. No breakfast included, but situated near the station close to shops with normal (non-tourist) prices. The shared fridge in the corridor was very useful. Next to that an excellent restaurant serving Florence's steak speciality. - we stayed 3nights in Florence and were really happy with our choice for accommodation. The staff was really friendly,and even suggested and booked us a one-day to Siena/San Giminiano, that we really enjoyed! The room was big and with nice furniture,clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly ! Also there was also a kettle and some coffee/tea available. Overall, would recommend.

  We arrived very late, about 02.30 - delay flight from Denmark. Robrto and Sylvia were waiting and gave us a very warm welcome. We could sleep as long as we needed, and Sylvia gave us hot and strong coffee in the morning. We received warm hospitality from Roberto and his wife. My son Adam loved them! The place is comfy and the shared bathroom is very clean. it is situated near a bus stop and the bus will take u straight to Tower of Pisa in less than 15 minutes. Wifi connection was good. They provided breakfast and the cappuccino was great!

  Giulia, the lady who runs the place is very warm and friendly and willing to help with booking anything to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are lovely, with that little B and B charm. The wi-fi was good (once we got it to work in our room which didn't take long). There's a nice little courtyard you can sit in (not that we got to in 3 days of n... ce que les gens disent » on-stop rain). Also a nice little room with tea/coffee and biscuits etc if you need an afternoon pick me up. Breakfast is at a coffee bar not far away - Helpfull and very polite staff, nice and well equipped renovated appartament with provided daily cleaning, small shared kitchen with non-stop coffe availability (without any charges), terrace for smokers ... good location within walk distance to the city centre (10-15 mins.), possibility to park the car in the nearby garage for reasonable fee (20,- EUR/day)
