This was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful position.
We had a stunning view from the car park, the bedroom, the roof terrace and the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely.
The food was amazing - but be warned, if you don't like fish you may struggle a little, if you do - you are in for a treat! -

Loved the location and friendly staff. This was our first experience with a B&B and all I can say is that this was just great. It's a minute from Trevi fountain, costs 8 euro from Termini by taxi.

Only a few minutes drive from airport. Surprisingly quite quiet except
for occasional direct overhead plane. Clean, calm, practical rooms.
Great having fridge, mw and crockery and dining area (shared) available

I stayed at this cosy little hotel today, just for one night. My flight was pretty much delayed and I arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning instead of 11 am. The owner and his wife were very very nice and friendly, they kept my room, he stood awake so long just because of me and then himself (!) drove me from the airport to the hotel soooo late at night. The location is perfect - 5 min drive and you are in the airport. Rooms are fresh, clean and cosy. Breakfast is good too. I loved this little ho

Everything was delightful! The views of Lake Albano are the best. The hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast is great. Close to Rome and the small towns in Castilli Romani yet you feel you are far away. Ristorante La Gardenia in Castel Gandolfo has view across lake of the villa and is romantic and affordable, ate there Fri and Sat evenings.

It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.

& tea; and provided the suite early, once it was ready--by 11:15am.

The hotel is nicely located in the "centre" of Fiumicino village, which in turn is located 3km close to the airport, thus it is comfortable for short stays or early flights. The marina is within walking distance (3 minutes) with very good options for dining. Fish is excellent in the area. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. Clean room with sea view. The hotel is just a few meters from the beach.
It's very true that the hotel need to be repaired however from
inside everything was clean and comfortable. -

Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.
