Fabio and his familyteam deserve a score of 11 on 10. We were treated as

surroundigs in Lazio deserve a visit too. -
View from the room was spectacular - the entire old city of Castelnuovo di Porto was laid before us. During our stay we could see all the way to Rome in the distance.
Staff was very positive and welcoming.
Breakfast was very nice and the atmosphere in the dining room was inviting and warm.

Very nice location close to Piazza di Spagna. Beautiful rooms with big bathrooms and free Wifi, at a reasonable price.I felt so comfortable with Eleonora who helped us both before we arrived, but also while we were there. I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant of Numbs.Perfect breakfast and the waitor,Chito was fantastic at his job!

Room with bathroom in four rooms suite right next to Roma Termini.
The room was clean, bathroom with hairdryer, bidet, shower, soap and shower gel. Every day they clean the room and change towels if desired (left on the floor).
Street ambience is slightly dubious, being right next to the station, but I had no problem with the 5 days we were there.

The apartment is relatively close to the center of Rome - Colloseum, about 20 min walk.

- very clean, new facilities
- good location close to the metro station
- very helpful host Emanuele
One might get a bit uncomfortable with "train station" ambience, but it's absolutely safe. We were coming back late a night and everything was fine. Overall it's an excellent option to stay in Rome. good value for money!

Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city. The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We liked that the room allows a great amount of natural light to seep through big windows.

Really friendly and helpful staff that were always willing to go the extra mile. We were given lot's of great recommendations for restaurants and places to go upon our arrival. We were also able to use their computer and printer to print out our tickets to the Vatican. Very clean spacious and modern rooms, beds and towels changed daily if required. Also a great location close to the metro just 2 stops from Termini station. Overall a really lovely place with very friendly staff!!!
