La directrice de l'hôtel est extrêmement sympa et dispo. Très épicurienne et partage avec passion sa cuisine, son établissement. On s'est vraiment senti accueilli et priviligiés. Cadre très beau, classe et relax à la fois. Excellents souvenirs. -

We had two balconies with sea views, one with a small table, then beyond that a bridge led to our private sunbathing balcony. The pool has amazing views and is perched atop the property. Paula and her staff we so caring and nice. -
This Family owned Villa Hotel is a gem of Positano. We were extremely please with our stay in this wonderful place, Mr Antonio made the stay fresh, exciting, welcoming and warm. He was very helpful and full of recommendations and advice. He even noticed that it was my birthday on the second day of stay and sent a very nice champagne with compliments that made the stay memorable.

The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of all nice restaurants and shops.Very helpful front desk, they upgraded me due to a mistake in their system regarding my room preference. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely everything!! The hotel is so bright and crisp. The bathroom

In 2 weeks traveling around Italy, this is the best, without a doubt.
The staff could not be faulted, rooms were modern and very clean,
breakfast was the best continental buffet, and for the older part of the
city, location was great. For further afield, a short walk to the Metro.
Wins on all aspects of a great stay. Make sure you have an address in
Italian, because it is a little hard to find 1'st time.

Spectacular location! Stunning views from every aspect! Direct access to the sea via steps (or from varying heights by cliff diving, depending on your bravery!) - a unique, inviting place to swim, with a grotto too.
Exceptionally friendly, helpful and charming staff in this family run hotel. We stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon (road trip of Italy) - we were lucky enough to enjoy a complimentary room upgrade because of this.
