Very friendly and helpful staff especially on reception. had trouble with the safe (my fault) and had someone round within a couple of minutes. Breakfast was excellent, lounge area was wonderful with fantastic views and friendly bar staff and free cakes when returning from the slopes. We are going back in four weeks time and were allowed to leave

The Grand Hotel La Torre is easy to find and the staff were great to explain how to arrive at the hotel by train / bus. The location of the hotel is great to go to the Sportina. The hotel offers a free shuttle to go to it. All restaurant / pubs / shops are all within walking distance from the hotel. And the spa which is opposite the hotel is a great place how to finish your day of skiing.

We loved the apartment. It is decorated in a beautiful traditional style, using modern materials. Very clean. The Gros family were so helpful and friendly. Guilia helpfully picked us up from Oulx staion, and later took us to supermarket for a first shop. Opposite ski lift.

Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the Italian Alps. Hotel was very well located in the middle of the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the bar and the restaurant downstairs. Room was very clean and the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated as it was spotless!

Disponibilité du personnel - Quite a large hotel and very friendly and obliging. For example we asked for late check out and we were allowed to keep the room up to 6 pm. Le petit hameau de Jouvenceaux est vraiment charmant, tout en vieilles pierres, et donne une impression de ''hors du temps". Le chalet Chez nous est très bien restauré, gardant l'âme de la maison familiale.

Amazing staff who could not have been more helpful - we had an issue on the last day after heavy snow as we didn't have chains for our car. Andreas, the manager, was kind enough to make several trips to the next town down the road to inquire about buying chains and then purchase them for us.

Location was excellent with a lovely walk through the old streets to the
ski lift. Quiet and easy to find and plenty of parking. Lovely local
restaurant which we fortunately found in the old streets would have been
good if we had been told about it.
