That staff were wonderful, the Hotel is so close to everthing. There was a really good selection for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the Aircon was a life saver when it was hot. I would good back time and time again.
Becuase Lucca is a maze the hotel can be hard to find at 1am drunk!!! :)

The location was great.
room was fine but a bit dark. We got woken up by enthusiastic people talking loudly in reception, but to be fair they piped down when we asked them to. No English TV channels, but then again we were on holiday so we got over that.

The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in ordering a taxi. The room was exactly as advertised with a large room and bathroom, a luxurious tub and artistic details. Breakfast was made to our individual specifications. Superb!

I arrived late because of flight times into pisa, but the staff where very freindly and accomadating, informal helpful. The room was sulerb and beakfast in the room was luxurious.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was fabulous. We particularly loved the tub...we had a lovely soak. The last minute deal we found made the price more than right.
This is just a pet peeve of mine, but I dislike 2 single beds pushed together...I Much prefer 1 matrimonial bed.

Almost no staff. Impossible to get any recommendations for the area and any other help
Very central location near the anfiteatro. Nicely furnished.
No staff to welcome or help you - a disembodied voice answers the doorbell but you have to let yourself in and your keys are left at reception. Suggest adding: in the room - glasses, a pen (to complete your breakfast requests), a bin; to the breakfast - butter, honey, salt and pepper for the eggs, plates!
Friendly staff: clean: good position
No window in bedroom so dark and claustrophobic: other bedrooms much more airy and looked very comfortable
The location
Totally disorganised regarding initial access ,leaving the form to order breakfast and replacing towels. No fruit for breakfast except,strangely,on my last morning. The placemat for breakfast was due for the bin and was unwired since its last usage.
The staff were great but there were ants. We stayed in a different place in Lucca a few days later and there were no ants.

Room was not managed in a basement cold with limited heat. Refused return money. Breakfast stale with bad food.Never again watch out!!!!
