This was a great place to stay in Rome! The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a nice size bathroom. We were surprised by how quiet the place was given the lively weekend nightlife in Trastevere.

I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The
Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet
room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we
didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to
everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover
and how it looks from the outside. A+++ in my book.

Very nice and cosy apartment with everything you need (kitchen equipment, wifi, hair dryer, washing mashine, etc.). Communication was also very good. The location is just perfect: quiet but very close to major attractions like vatican and the very cool neighborhood of Trastevere with loads of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend this place.

English, and the ones who didn't speak English were happy to go get
one who did so we could get directions or recommendations on nearby

We were fully satisfied with the appartment, as everythig is pretty much the same as in description and comments. Great location - Trastevere is probably the cosiest part of Rome for an evening walk and dinner. And it is also close to most of the major sightseeing points. The apartment itself is bright and well equipped, so you can really feel yourself at home. It is very comfortable for two people, and I suppose it would be not too crowded for 4 persons also. A very personal hotel with "family feeling". Excellent location; perfect to be able to walk to all sights in the day and then just cross the bridge to have dinner in Trastevere in the evening. Very friendly people that were both very welcoming, helpful and keen to make sure we had a nice stay. This place is a Trastevere gem! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of all of the action (noise wasn't too bad, didn't have to use the ear plugs I brought).
