  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

  Perfect appartment!! Really modern, recently renovated. Big room, the kitchen has everything necessary, really nice bathroom.It also has a balcony. Quiet place to stay and very close to the city centre (3' with metro from termini). The room was clean, and the aircondition worked properly. There is a big supermarket around the corner. Safe area.   We got married in Rome 18 May 2013 and we had chosen this hotel for us and our guests. It was perfect choice! The staff was extremely helpful. They went an extra mile to make our day perfect. Location is superb! Very clean and pleasantly decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and we will - I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back!
