  Great location to get around - the night time guy on the desk was really helpful. I did read on here that it was a dangerous area and was a bit wearly - it's totally fine, so don't worry about it - just be weary late at night (as with anywhere). - Ideal location and easy to walk to many places of interest.   The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful.   This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was spacious and nice as well. The staff was very polite when we saw them, but - The owners were excellent. Extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were nicely styled and very comfortable.   As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. Our room was fantastic (we booked the double room with an externa... ce que les gens disent » l bathroom). It was big and comfortable and we even had a minifridge. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

We stayed here for 1 night. Very much recommended!
