  B&B Santiago Quattro Al Colosseo is about a mile or so or a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Termini train station. My mom and I did not yet know the bus system so we decided to walk. When I booked, I told the hotel that we would arrive between 3 or 4pm. We got there right at three but there was no one around to buzz us in.   As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. Our room was fantastic (we booked the double room with an externa... ce que les gens disent » l bathroom). It was big and comfortable and we even had a minifridge. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

  Loved these rooms - we travelled around Italy for 2 weeks, staying in a combination of hotels, apartments and B&Bs, and Rome ApartHotel was the best one. Rooms were clean, spacious, with all the facilities we needed. We were really well looked after by the staff too. - Location was next to St Peters Square and the Vatican and the subway. The hotel is inside a block of appartments so you feel like staying in a typical roman house.Every day you have cleaned room towels and there is also a free tray filled up with coffee tea and sweets.breakfast was good also!!!   I definitely recommend Cesar Vatican Rooms. The staff was really nice and accommodating: we changed our arrival time a few times and they were always available and welcomed us warmly, despite this not being a hotel. The rooms are really nice, good sized and newly refurbished and have everything you might need. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was nice to have a private room like that which was clean, newly refurbishment with modern fittings and facilities. The room had everything we needed e.g. great spacious bathroom, kitchen, window looking out to courtyard which meant it was nice and quite even though we were very centrally located. Would definitely recommend.
