  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  I chose this hotel because of how close it is to the central station. If you're looking to be 5 minutes away from the central station, then this should do. The room and bed were just fine and clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast. The hotel is located in a pretty strategic area - a 5 min walk from Piazza Risorgimento, terminus and stop of several buses, 5 min from Ottaviano subway stop, barely 15 from the Vatican city's walls. I was met by the owners of the hotel, they were extremely attentive with me and contributed to my perfect stay in Roma. Besides, he hotel is new, it is near metro station and Vatican area. I loved it!

  It was in close distance to the Metro station and only a 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. The room had everything I needed for my short stay in Rome.

  It was nice and clean the staff was very helpful. Walking distance from Termini. We got our own bathroom, but its not included in all the rooms. - Helpful staff, good central location near station with easy access to Metro and buses. Basic accomodation but very clean.Cheap

As - The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.
