Pretty central if you wish to check out most of Rome's sites. Literally a block away from il Colosseo. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.   The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge.   Firstly i would like to say thank you to the girls at reception, were absolutely brilliant, they are friendly and super helpful, they went out of their way to help us by booking 2 tours for us and printing the tickets etc, the rooms are well appointed and although there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room there is a dedicated room ... ce que les gens disent » with a coffee machine etc at your disposal, it is well located, being in walking distance to most of the main attractions and only 20 metres from the - Rome River Inn is fantastic! Don't bother searching any further for the perfect place to stay in Rome. The rooms are good size, very comfortable and well appointed. Location on the river allows easy access to all the sights. The 3 lovely sisters who own and run the inn are very warm and welcoming and will help in any way to ensure your stay is perfect. Very nice breakfast too! We will definitely stay at the Rome River Inn on our next visit to Rome.

  It is very well located near Trastevere and Campo Di Fiori. The place is very small, it is only one floor with 3 rooms and a small kitchen to have breakfast but rooms are clean and confortable.
