  This hotel is wonderful, the rooms are so well looked after, colourful and characterful, immaculately clean, all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very good localisation. Walking time with not to big luggage from Circo Massimo, which is easy available from the airport by train Leonardo express and metro b line is only up to 7-10 minutes. For those people who likes walk most interesting places in the city center are available by walking including Vaticano

  We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. There are lemon trees, olive trees, kumquat trees, lavende... ce que les gens disent » r bushes, Bougainville bushes, and other lovely flowers. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  Close to Termini Station and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and help a lot with all questions. Amazing elevator. Never seen before so small and old. Good budget hotel with excellent cleaner's work( 5-6 new towels every day) Freezer at room. Breakfast in Rick's cafe 3-5 minutes walk from Hotel , but for my children that was real pleasure ( s... ce que les gens disent » mall work for sweet cake and juice) . Very quiet area around hotel and safety. We liked our week staying at that hotel! - No frills but comfortable accommodation. Good value for money and very close to Termini station. Breakfast is served at a cafe a couple of streets away (It is a simple coffee and pastry but that is what you will find every where). There is also a pleasant courtyard for sitting out in the evening.

  The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. Located very close to the Vatican and right in the middle of two metro stations ( - We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms (I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and the hotel was really close to some good restaurants.   A lovely B & B at a really good price for the area. Our room (at the back) and bathroom was large, clean and nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful owner. We have stayed in this area before and it's perfect for visiting the Vatican. We used the hop on hop off bus to get to the other sights, although they are within walking distance. W - The hotel just next to Vaticani museum, and also just like few minutes walking from the tube station which can bring you to other main places. The hotel is in a safe, nice building and it is quite clear and modern and comfortable, I definitely will recommend to ppl who travel to Roma and want to stay in the centre.

  When my wife, my son and I arrived to our apartment on September 6th 2013, with the taxi we took from the airport, the employee of Casa Giada was waiting for us at the entrance of the building, and he was very polite and efficient with the check in. The apartment was clean, very nice, comfortable, very well located, and well sound isolated. Excellent location in a safe neigbourhood, just 5 min from St Peter's Basilica, clean, fully equipped with new furniture and items to use, good sound-proof windows and a helpfull owner. I definitely recommend it!
