The staff member was very helpful. He gave me a map and walked out the door to show me the way to the station. He opened the breakfast room early so i could get away. I did not ask he just did it. He was proactive and spoke excellent English. The room was spotless and very bio friendly. The staff member offered me the wi-fi log in without my asking. He was extremely helpful.

1. Perfect location. Just 3-4 minutes walk from the milano centrale railway station and very easy to find as well.
2. The staff is very friendly and provided us a warm welcome.
3. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is huge. The reception is very nicely decorated.
4. WiFi is accessible from room and works very well.
5. Beds are comfortable; room has more than one charging points so no trouble for charging gadgets.

Very close to metro station (50 meters) , very close to Milan Central Train Station (200 meters) (airport bus- either from Bergamo and Malpensa also park there) and very close to the center of the city (about 15 minutes walking from Duomo).
Ideal for shopping and to stroll around the city. .

This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. The room and the bathroom were very big, with facilities. The
situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station
(train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes
walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage
in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably
before go to the airport.

The hotel is a good option to choose because it is clean, comfortable,
cheap for Milan standards, conveniently located close to the Milan
central station. I didnt have breakfast (I was staying for only one
night), so I cannot comment on this part. The staff is very friendly and
helpful. There are two (at least) computers in the hall that you can use
for free. The price was one of the cheapest I could find in Milan on a
short notice (about 4 days before arriving), and it did really turn out
