  This apartment was WONDERFUL. After this I don't think we can ever go back to hotels again. Marco and his mother were great, they made my whole family feel welcome and at home when we got there. Marco was very helpful in showing us how to get around the city, and it is located literally right outside the Vatican City. I would highly recommend this place as a great place to stay while in R - Excellent location. Very close to Vatican City. Lots of resturant outside who serve great foods specially infront who served Chinese and Japanese dishes. Feels secured. If we will come back to Vatican City, definitely we will stay here again.

The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

  Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.
