  Le lieux, le prix et le lit! - It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  i) For starters, Fawlty Towers is really close to Termini Station and this is quite an advantage for the average tourist who wishes to have quick and easy access to most of the city's areas. ii) Our room was cleaned and taken care of every day. Th - As promised, Fawtly Towers is just a little over 1 block from Rome's Termini Station. The room was located on the 6th floor, but there is an old-style elevator for easy access. The lobby and breakfast room are on the 5th floor. There are several other hotels on lower floors, which looked more upscale. Fawlty Towers is quite spartan with no frills, but the price was right. No hairdryer in the bathroom but there was one in a bathroom across the hall and one that can be borrowed from the desk. The

  I had to stay in Rome for two days only and I decided to spend the night there because of the location (close to the Termini Station: buses, metro, trains). I think was the best choice I've made given the price. The room was clean and has it all the basic needs. Another good thing is that you can stay as late as you want. It won't be any problem. Just give them a - It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station). No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks! Tha bathroom was really nice!! clean and big.

  Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep.   Nice Location, I paid for single bed but received double bed and much nicer room than I expected. Gave me some nice advice on where to eat etc. very pleased with the hotel overall.   Nous sommes venus en groupe d'amis et nous avons bcp apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, l'authenticité de l'hôtel, très familial et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un prix très abordable. La situation près de la gare de Termini est également à recommander : assez près pr se rendre au centre historique à pied + accès aux 2 métros de Rome. Pour notre séjour de 5 jours, nous avons eu la chance de profiter d'une chambre à 130euros pour le prix de celle que nous avions réservée à 65 euros ! Très propre et récemment rénové.   Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... ce que les gens disent » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English
