Situation géographique idéale : à 2 pas de la gare de Termini, assez près du centre historique.
Accueil : notre avion a eu du retard et nous ne sommes arrivés à l'hôtel qu'à environ 2 h du matin; les responsables nous ont attendus et sont repartis chez eux juste après.
Nous avons été conseillés pour les déplacements.

Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out. fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern.
