  The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

  The location is really good and also safe with 3 layers of doors and a 24hr reception. It’s my first time live in a youth hotel and the services they provided made me feel like home, especially the map, luggage service and the smile of Barbara. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

  I would describe this hostel as a boutique one as everything was special comparing with other hostels I stayed before. It was good cleaned, comfortable and well-decorated. The price comparing with the quality was just value for money.   I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome.   I really enjoyed my stay at Hostel Beauty. I stayed in a private room and was blown away at how nice it was. The bathroom was entirely small blue tile with a tub. A nice surprise seeing as how little I paid for the 4 nights I spent there. The best part was honestly the staff though.
