We loved everything about this apartment. We were given exact directions
where to meet the representative ( which after a long flight was great.)
The location of the apartment was fantastic for us... We felt like we
were living amongst the locals and yet we were 10 minutes walk away from

We stayed (group of 4) at the apartment located near the Casino vaporetto station. The apartment was very easy to reach from the train station and also close to vaporetto station to move around Venice. Spacious, light rooms which were very clean. We were met by the lovely Silvia who was very welcoming and gave us an introduction to the Carneggio area where we were staying, including a local map showing supermarket, restaurants, etc. It was great to not be in the busy tourist area and we really

We stayed at the Venice h+h for 5 nights and it was perfect! We decided
to spend an extra 100 or so euros to get an apartment instead of a hotel
room and we saved a few hundred euros catering for ourselves instead of
relying on the expensive restaurants of Venice.

We stayed in San Zuccaria which was a 10 min walk to St Mark's sq and Rialto bridge but still not in a busy crowded tourist area.
Overall -
Location was excellent - close to St Marks, Rialto and the water bus
stops at San Zaccarina. 5 mins walk from Coop supermarket and many
restaurants and take aways. The apartment was very nice and spacious
with two rooms and reasonably well renovated. Everything in venice
looks worn down from the outside but once inside, the apt was very
nice. Donatella and Elise were excellent hostesses and responded very
priomptly to all questions and queries. Definitely recommended. Btw

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. There is also a fruits market downstair

The staff were very attentive and kind and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

We really enjoyed the lovely personal as well as the location, not far away from the Rialto bridge. If you have problems finding your way, ask the polite Venetians. Absolutely everything.I really enjoyed my staying in Hotel Canada...The service was simply perfect.The hotel is very well placed, near all popular places in town. I was deeply pleased by the people in this hotel, who were meeting all their clients with a smile and always in a good mood.

Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train
Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate
