  Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. The hotel is in no way big or grand but in all honesty they do not pretend to be and personal - (I assume I have rated all the above aspects of the hotel very highly in your point system) Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style .   chambre spatieuse, bain spatieux, confort simple mais moderne. - It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.
