  I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro.   A Lovely new little hotel located in the heart of Rome just in walking distance to the major tourist attractions. The interior of the hotel sets the artistic tone yet feels very "homy". My husband and I enjoyed meeting the part-owner of the hotel Domenico, who was at the desk 24/7. To our surprise the complime - This was the most charming, beautiful, safe, friendly and comfortable B&B I ever stayed in. Perfect location, walking distance to all Rome's amazing attractions. Everything about this place is perfect. I travel every year to a new destination and this was my favorite by far! If you are lucky to get a room there, don't hesitate and book! This jewel of a place only has 5 rooms. They are all great; rooms 2 and 4 are slightly bigger than the rest. Book it!

  Valter was very helpful in trying to give us directions to various areas of interest in Rome. The location was perfect for walking to all the historic sites. The Colosseum was so close we walked by it many times and got to see it lit up at night . Gorgeous! There are many restaurants and coffee shops near by. The area felt very safe. Very accommodating and friendly owners - nothing too much trouble.
