  I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early start with that day's activity. Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.   Room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Decoration was also very nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. Tram, bus station and taxi station are just outside, supermarket and many restaurants are 3 minutes away. M - The hospitality of the employees was excelent, congratulations. Be received after a long day with smiles, snacks and fine drinks is awesome. The place is also nice, clean and well localized near a lot of great restaurants, Wine bars and Tratorias. There´s some noise from the streets, but it didn´t bother me. Connnie and her brother-in-law are the best!!!

  Location is good,walking distance to metro. The hotel personell are very helpful,printing my documents and later scanned the signed documents and emailed it for me. - The staff was great, they gave us the best service ever.
