It is our go to place for all Rome trips. - It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

  A superb hotel for a short city break. The staff were very helpful, I had to email before arrival and answered promptly. It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep. Breakfast is basic but just enough to set you up for your daily travels. We will definitely be recom - the hotel very much was pleasant. Convenient arrangement, nearby the station, (went to Naples) both the subway, sights! Nearby on Manin Street found remarkable restaurant where usually had supper. I will note goodwill of the personnel! Thanks to them! Next time we will stop only in this hotel!

  We have spent in Morelli our honeymoon and everything was very nice! The location is very good! The room was comfortable, not noisy, cleaning was done every day! Breakfast was quite simple (served in our room), but it was no problem, cause there was a fridge in our room to keep our products. The hosts of the hotel ordered us a taxi to pick us from... ce que les gens disent » the airport and it was also very comfortable! (47Euro whereas ordinary price in taxiservice is from 48Euro). Don't forget to take a mini-kettle with - I love the cappuccino and croissant for breakfast. Do not miss those! The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer to Termini.

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro.   L'accueil est absolument parfait et voilà, assurément, un des hôtels lesmieux tenus de l'Esquilin. A deux pas de Termini, où les lignes du métrose croisent, à trois minutes de Sainte Marie Majeure et de SaintePrassède, à cinq minutes de Sainte Marie des Anges, à un petit quartd'heure du Colisée (où on pourrait du reste se rendre à métro), l'hôtelOr... ce que les gens disent » landa est très bien situé. Bref, parfait ! - Un accueil chaleureux. Disponibilité de toute l'équipe, attentive à nosdemandes. Par exemple, nous indiquer les bus à prendre, nous suggérerdes visites que nous n'avions pas prévues. Nous avons même eu un guideen prêt ! Le personnel fait de son mieux pour parler le français (etnous pour parler l'italien!). Le petit déjeuner était très bien.
