There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries.   We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. There are lemon trees, olive trees, kumquat trees, lavende... ce que les gens disent » r bushes, Bougainville bushes, and other lovely flowers. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  Great location! We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Close to all of the historical sights, food and shopping. If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. The staff were absolutely amazing! You felt like you were visiting family. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.
