  We liked absolutely everything. Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. Public transport just outside the door. Rooms were fantastic, enormous for Rome, and with all facilities required. Breakfast was good enough to start the day, with cereals, yoghurt - We liked place, very good, near metro, Vatican. Friendly personal. New clean rooms. Small hotel. We like everything in the hotel. We had trip on Italy for 12 days, 4 citys. This is the best hotel where we stayed.

She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.   This hotel is in a secure building. The staff was great and very accommodating. It is in a very good location with in a couple of minutes to catch the bus, taxi, or train. - Great location with really access to the Repubblica metro station. Big rooms, not usual for europe!

  We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery). It was far enough away to avoid a lot of the noise of the city, while also being within walking distance of all the main historical/tourist sites. 5 minutes walk from the main train station (Termini.)   This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. The pantheon and piazza Navone were an easy 10 minute walk, Vatican 25 minutes, colliseum 15 minutes, LOCATION, LOCATION really important for Rome. The hotel has TWO roof terraces on floor - We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere.
