We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to

The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen
which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left
out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy
room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum
although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro
station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the
Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a
central location to vis

Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It was great fo

Really enjoyed my stay, very convenient location, the receptionist was
most friendly and helpful. Room immaculately clean. It should be more
than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come
back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes!

We stayed at Maryelen from the 7th till the 11th of November.I had lower expcetations,because it is a 2 star hotel ,BUT everything was excellent.The people are really friendly, the rooms were clean (there was a maid comming everyday),the food was nice,it is really maimly sweets,but its Rome ;) If you asked for a toast or something else,they are going to make it for you :)

Villa Laetizia is a lovely hotel in the Prati section of Rome. A nice
place to stay if you are looking for a little quiet from the bustle of
the city. Room was not large but adequate and had a nice little
kitchenette for longer stays. Lovely neighborhood close to the Vatican.

this place was far better than I've expected. They bring you your breakfast (not only a croissant, biscuits, caffe, fruit juice, jam) at the time you prefered (mine was at 8:30). The stuff was very kind and informative. This place is the first one I will check the availibility for my next trip. I hope they don't raise their prices.

Great location, just a couple of blocks away from the main train station and a couple of blocks away from the Santa Maria Maggiore. Lots of eating options just around the corner. Extremely cooperative owners and staff - even though they had difficulty communicating in English. They were very friendly and helpful. -

We are a family with two older children so the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was really convenient.
The kitchen facilities were perfect and we appreciated the inclusion of the basics like salt and pepper and oil. Having a full sized fridge with a decent sized freezer was also a bonus for our longer stay.

I came across this place after many hours of searching online and was
very lucky to book before it had been rated. We were not disappointed,
in fact found the place to be perfect for a young family and even though
some may find the space small, in Rome it is excellently priced. Mia was
excellent in responding to emails and Gladys fantastic in answering our

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi.
