  Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

  Convenient location closed to the city main transportation hub, Termini train station. Only two blocks walk distance. Breakfast included also bread, butter, jam, milk, cornflakes and orange juice in addition to packed croissants that was indicated on the web page. Coffee and tea was not so good (a bit oldish), but the breakfast overall was better ... ce que les gens disent » than expected. Great price for the whole stay. Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location and price ! Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free. I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

  Father and son made me feel welcome and looked after all my needs.Breakfast was very good, location was excellent by the train station. - Close to the Termini reilway station. Close to metro and to the bus stop. Nice room.

  I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite bathroom and very, very clean!   I had to stay in Rome for two days only and I decided to spend the night there because of the location (close to the Termini Station: buses, metro, trains). I think was the best choice I've made given the price. The room was clean and has it all the basic needs. Another good thing is that you can stay as late as you want. It won't be any problem. Just give them a - It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station). No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks! Tha bathroom was really nice!! clean and big.

  I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains. Air con great, particularly since Rome was scorching during our stay. After check out could leave bags at laundrette for 2 euros per bag.

  I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful. Perfect combination of quality and price. Will recommend - Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home.
