  The owner was there to greet us and gave us a quick overview of the B&B and went over a map of Rome with us, showing us where attractions, good restaurants and local transportation stops were all located. There were only three rooms and although we were rit in the city, it was quiet. There was also a great selection of f - The two proprietors were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in a wicker basket, colour coded for our room colour..it was such a bakery treat - the fridge was well stocked for us to partake of our breakfast as we pleased and when we pleased. I did like this aspect. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and it was so close to the Vatican and the Metro. Very enjoyable 3 visits to this most pleasing accommodation .... will definitely go again.

  The perfect combination of staff, comfort and location. Just two blocks from Termini station. I got sick and feverish one day and one of the ladies of the staff treated me as her brother taking care of me and it really made me feel better.   We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery).   I just spent two nights at the Hotel Tizi. I had a very enjoyable stay. It took me just 5 mins to get to Termini from the hotel. The area is too secure what was highly important for me. All of the staff from the front desk(an old man and his daughter) to the lady that cleaned my room were very friendly. The room I had was very simple but that was... ce que les gens disent » ok. The breakfast that was provided was very simple too but nice and fresh. I will be returning next time to this hotel for sure. - Perfect choice in cost-value consideration.   All considered, the place was terrific. My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Conveniently near Roma Termini train station, even with all our luggage it was not a problem getting there on foot [with help such as map or person] quickly. Arriving, the staff was very helpful with one person doing our paperwork and the o... ce que les gens disent » ther marking a map and telling us about places to visit/eat/nightlife/transport/etc. Walking wasn't an issue for us - about 20min to much of Central - The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.
