  First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff. Y - The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh. The breakfast is also perfect - variety of meal for different tastes)

  Of all the places we stayed on our Italy trip, this was our favorite. Natasha was amazing, a wealth of good information and advice, and went out of her way to accommodate our needs and desires. The always- available food and drink was a nice touch. Breakfast was great too -- Natasha picked up fresh croissants and fruit every morning, and the quali... ce que les gens disent » ty showed. Location is good as well, a reasonably safe neighborhood, convenient access to the metro, and easy walk to the Vatican. There's a small liq - Natasha was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her when we asked for advice. The very nostalgic environment was welcoming and relaxing particularly having access to as much tea and coffee as we liked. Independant living when on a short holiday maximised our stay and together with the rugby result made our weekend.   We spent four nights in this very comfortable and clean B&B. We took a taxi from the airport and had no problem locating it. Since this is a B&B on the fourth floor of a normal building complex, don't look for a big sign advertising its location.   First of all, I'd like to thank the owner, Alice King, for going out of her way on several occasions, first, to check us in late at night (at very short notice) when we could not get an earlier train from Foggia. Then she accommodated our request to have our breakfast given to us before 8:30AM since we'd like to get out much earlier. Alice, the owner, goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home.   I was met with an unbelievable warmth from the 2 ladies at the reception. It was like they new me before, even though that was my very first time of staying in Max hotel. I used the word unbelievable because I travel to Italy 6 - 8 times in a year and with all honest - When I stayed at Hotel Max they had been open for only three weeks. The room was beautifully refurbished and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day.
