  We didn't stay at the B&B but at a small apartment room around the corner. It was very nice. Location was very central to Vatican. Breakfast was very nice- breads with meats and cheese.   The New Inn was the perfect choice for staying in a central location in Rome. The "hotel" is located on the third floor (accessible via and elevator when one has luggage to consider). Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean with air exchanger - a much more eco friendly solution to staying cool. We were able to connect to anywher - The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia. There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.

  This apartment was WONDERFUL. After this I don't think we can ever go back to hotels again. Marco and his mother were great, they made my whole family feel welcome and at home when we got there. Marco was very helpful in showing us how to get around the city, and it is located literally right outside the Vatican City. I would highly recommend this place as a great place to stay while in R - Excellent location. Very close to Vatican City. Lots of resturant outside who serve great foods specially infront who served Chinese and Japanese dishes. Feels secured. If we will come back to Vatican City, definitely we will stay here again.

  We loved the fact that the guesthouse was so well located. Centrally located, yet outside the cauldron tourist trap that is the Spanish steps/Trevi fountain location. The fact that we had our own fridge - restocked daily made it feel like home from home.   The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! You did a good job and was very helpfull, Well done mate :) // Tommy And Jessica :) - The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great, about 8 minuts by walk to the Coloseum, also price was fair.
