  The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath. One computer in their internet area, but WiFi free and worked well.   Location was fantastic just by the colosseum and surrounded by loads of restaurants and bars which were very reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting.   The location was great, a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants for the evening. Access to the city centre was easy on a direct tram only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very small but the room itself was fine. I would recommend this hotel to someone who doesn't want anything fancy, ideal if y - the staff was great and had great answers for all of our questions. they even pointed out some great restaurant that were off the normal tourist path. the room was a good size for me and my girlfriend not huge but it was not a closet about what you expect from a three star hotel. the beds were comfortable even if it was just two twin beds but together. the had some one making coffee and cappuccinos in the morning along with some other light foods, cereal bread croissants. loved the place.

For those people who likes walk most interesting places in the city center are available by walking including Vaticano
