  Very friendly staff...special thanks to Eduardo and Giovanna!! Both exceeded our expectations regarding customer service. Rooms were big, clean and beautifully decorated. - location is perfect everything is walking distance. rooms are nice and big enough, hotel staff helpful, breakfast delicious. Definately would stay there again.

  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price. The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

  This B & B was a hidden gem in a great area surrounded by little cafés, wine bars etc. and public transport at your doorstep. Once you get past the front door you will be wowed by the interior design for old Rome. Nina was so friendly and extremely helpful with whatever you requested. We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. Everything stays open late anyway. Would definitely recommend doing ... ce que les gens disent » a food tour. - like...pretty much most of it. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep. The front desk staff suggested some really nice local 'roman' places to eat at..they were really good
