The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

The room is really small (we had standard double) so it suits for those who are looking for a good bed in the end of a long day spent in beautiful Rome.   The room was clean, had a haridryer, beds ok. Personall was nice. Lots of restaurants in the are. The area was safe due to lots of government department and a police station. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.
