Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. We stayed at another hotel the following week which was more expensive but the service was nowhere as great as Tre Moschetierri! Breakfast was ok (great coffee). The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay.

Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. The charming hotel is located right in the heart of Rome, with access to everything! We had a triple room with a balcony and it was just perfect. Refrigerator is in the room. Full shower and bath. It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

The location of the hotel is fantastic and centrally located for all the
major attractions, yet very quiet for sleeping. The hotel offered an
excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold
meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we
were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio
overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all
and would definitely recommend.

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.
However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of
their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you
feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about
an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and

here again simply for the service. -
The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

We were impressed by the helpful, friendly and very warm welcome here at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were given a very spacious room with the best views down the street.
