  Very responsive and helpful staff. Location is perfect. Walk to Metro and to Basilica. Supermarket next door. Quiet street. Great bed. Fresh breakfast with coffee/tea. Safe. - Great location, very close to metro, good value for money, clean, spacious room, Pompi Tiramisu place nearby, good neighbourhood.

  The B&B was really good. We were lost trying to find the B&B and the owners were lovely enough to fetch us so we did not have to walk around for hours. It was clean and the rooms were big and everything was very friendly. I recommend it for travelers on a budget.   Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk.
